Borrowing a hotspot is made possible by a partnership with the Waubonsee Community College Information Technology department.  The hotspot can be borrowed for the entire semester at no charge.  The hotspot must be returned at the end of the semester. A new request must be placed for each semester.   To request one of these laptops, follow the steps below:

1. Login to the "Service Desk" [https://waubonsee.topdesk.net/tas/public/login/saml] using the "Self-Service" button. 
2. Next click the "Student Technology Assistance" button.
3. On the right side of the screen click "Device Checkout".
4. Fill out the form
5. Click the "Submit" button.

After filling out the form someone from the Information Technology department will be in contact to schedule a time and location to pick up the hotspot.  

Please note hotspots are made available as supplies permit.   Please make sure to check your email or voice mail regularly in order to not delay your request.
